Return & Exchange Policy

At Indichic, we take pride in offering high-quality pure cotton women’s apparel that blends elegance, comfort, and confidence. If you need to exchange a size or return a product, we’re happy to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return

We accept size exchanges and returns under the following conditions:
✔️ Exchange requests must be placed within 3 days of receiving the order.
✔️ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
✔️ Only size exchanges are allowed; no style or product changes.
✔️ Returns are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
✔️ Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

2. How to Request an Exchange

1️⃣ Initiate a Request – Email us at pooja@indichic.in  with your order details and the new size required.
2️⃣ Ship the Item – You will need to self-ship the item to our return address using any reliable courier service. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
3️⃣ Processing & New Shipment – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the new size free of cost and share tracking details.

⏳ Processing Time: Exchange orders are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your return.

3. Store Credit for Out-of-Stock Items

If your requested size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit (gift card or discount code) , which you can use for your next purchase at Indichic.in.

4. Return Policy for Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:
📸 Share clear images with us within 24 hours of delivery at pooja@indichic.in
✅ Once verified, we will guide you on the return process and offer a replacement or store credit.

5. Important Notes

1. We do not offer refunds for size-related exchanges, only replacements or store credit.

2. First-time buyers get one free exchange, where we cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement size.

3. Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
